CUPRITOZELL 24 SC

CUPRITOZELL 24 SC has a systemic and contact effect, with preventive and curative action. It enters the vascular system and is transported through the xylem and phloem vessels throughout the plant. As a fungicide, the metallic copper present in its composition has a multiple action that inhibits the vital activity of fungi. Cu2 + ions penetrate the spore altering its metabolism by blocking the respiratory process, inhibiting protein synthesis, and reducing the activity of the cell membrane and the transfer of substances, all of which inhibit the germination of the vegetative state of the fungi and destroys the cell wall. As a bactericide, its action inhibits protein synthesis in cells and causes the destruction of the cell wall. Its bactericidal effect is based on the slow and constant release of Cu2 + ions in contact with water, which are absorbed by bacteria until the accumulation is lethal for their cells. Another mechanism by which the active ingredient counteracts the attack of the pathogen is by strengthening the wall of plant tissues, which creates a mechanical barrier to the penetration of bacteria.

CUPRITOZELL 24 SC In land applications use high or low volume equipment. Conical type nozzles should be used. Before using the equipment, it must be verified that it is in good working order, without leaks and with the correct calibration.

APPLICATION INTERVAL: make 3-4 consecutive applications at intervals of 8-15 days.

INTERVAL BETWEEN THE LAST APPLICATION AND HARVEST: There is no restriction between the last application and harvest.
